Development of a printed circuit board in the PCAD system.
The list of initial data required for the design of a printed circuit board (PP).

The task for tracing the printed circuit board must contain the following information.
1. Mechanical drawing (PDF, WORD format).
In the drawing, you must specify:
Dimensions of the printed circuit board.
The diameters of the mounting holes and their type (metallized, non-metallized.) and their connection to any chain.
Restricted areas for installing components and tracing from both sides of the PP.
Restrictions on the height of components on both sides of the PP.
The location of the main connectors and other parts rigidly tied to the mechanical structure.
The installation side of the connectors and the position of the 1st pins.
2. Electrical schematic diagram (PCAD2002,PCAD 2006,PDF format).
3. A list of components with the name of the components (Excel, WORD format).
4. Descriptions (Dataset) on the main components.
5. Sketch of the preliminary layout of the main elements of the PP.
6. PP thickness, number of layers.
7. Specifying chain groups:
• High voltage circuits (indicating the voltage and current values).
• High current circuits (indicating the maximum current strength).
8. Special requirements for marking on PP.

Installation and assembly of printed circuit boards (DIP).
For placement, you need to prepare the following information:
1) A PCB project file in PCAD format or in another format.
2) A complete specification for the file (a complete list of elements). The specification must contain:
a) The positional designation of the component.
b) The name of the component.
c) The nominal value of the component.
d) The number of components.
e)The type of component housing.
3) An assembly drawing of the module or a well-readable wiring diagram of the installation of all elements.
4) Sample of the finished board, if available.
5) Technical requirements for installation, washing and control.
Components to be installed after installation.
Components that do not allow washing by immersion or in an ultrasonic bath.
Non–installable components (mark - do not install).

Production of printed circuit boards.
1) Prices depend on the type of printed circuit boards, order volume, production time and are calculated individually based on the printed circuit board order form filled out by the Customer.
2) To estimate the cost of your order, you need to prepare a design of your printed circuit board in CAM350, GERBER RS-274X (preferably), ACCEL, PCAD, Protel, Eagle, Sprint layout or ORCAD format and send it by e-mail anv@nt-rt.ru

An Invoice will be issued based on the completed order received. The payment date of this invoice will be the start date of the order execution.
